🚚 Shipping Options & Fees

Note: Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

⏱ Order Processing Time

• All orders require 2–5 business days for processing. This includes quality checks, packaging, and stock confirmation.
• Some products may require up to 7 business days depending on stock or complexity.

📦 Delivery & Tracking

1. Delivery Time
   After your order is placed and payment confirmed, we will arrange shipment within 3–7 business days.
   Shipping time does not include processing time.
2. Tracking Number
   Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.
3. Customs & Duties
   Prices do not include import taxes or duties.
   Customs fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
   We may assist in customs clearance by labeling packages as “gifts” or “samples”, or offering low-value invoices upon request.

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Additional fees due to failed deliveries or address errors
• Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) and remote areas or islands may take significantly longer to receive packages.

🔁 Change of Mind or Order Changes

• If you wish to modify your order or request an exchange:
  • Please explain your reason and reply to our email confirmation.
  • If there is no response within 3 business days, the order will be shipped as is.
  • Orders rejected upon delivery are not eligible for shipping fee refunds.

Our Hawaiian shirts are crafted from a variety of premium fabrics—including cotton, rayon, and polyester—each chosen for its comfort, breathability, and vibrant color retention. To keep your shirt looking its best, please follow the care instructions below based on the fabric type:

Cotton

• Machine wash cold with like colors

• Use mild detergent

• Do not bleach

• Tumble dry low or hang to dry

• Iron on low if needed, preferably inside out

Rayon (Viscose)

• Hand wash cold is recommended

• Use a gentle, non-bleach detergent

• Do not wring or twist

• Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade

• Steam or low-heat iron on the reverse side if needed

Polyester

• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle

• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

• Tumble dry low or air dry

• No ironing necessary, but may use low heat if desired
